Key Responsibilities: Managing employee files, attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and Iraqi Labor Law.
Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
The analytical heart of our HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll processing, salary grading, market benchmarking, and administering health insurance and bonus schemes.
Ideal Candidate: Strong with numbers, Excel-savvy, and experienced in structured grading systems.
3. Employee Relations (ER)
Building a healthy and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate: Exceptional communicator with high emotional intelligence and mediation skills.
4. Government Relations (Compliance)
Navigating the legal landscape of Iraq.
Key Responsibilities: Managing Social Security (S.S.) filings, Income Tax compliance, and handling Residents' Affairs for any cross-border coordination.
Ideal Candidate: Deep knowledge of Iraqi Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Finance procedures.
5. Organizational Development (OD)

Key Responsibilities: Strategic workforce planning, performance management cycles, training & development (L&D), and culture transformation.
Ideal Candidate: A visionary thinker with experience in competency frameworks and KPIs.
General Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a formal HR role within the Iraqi market is essential.
Language: Fluency in Arabic is required; Professional English proficiency is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Integrity, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.

Sabeel Al-Rashid Group is seeking high-caliber Finance and Accounting Professionals to join our expanding Finance Division. We are looking for technical experts who bring precision, transparency, and strategic insight to our operations in Baghdad. Positions are available from Junior Accountants to Senior Financial Controllers.
Available Functional Tracks
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
The backbone of our financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities: Maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and preparing monthly/annual financial statements.
Ideal Candidate: Expert in double-entry bookkeeping and familiar with local accounting standards.
2. Treasury & Cash Management
Managing the heartbeat of the company’s liquidity.
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring cash flow, managing bank relationships, foreign exchange transactions, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
Ideal Candidate: Highly trustworthy with strong banking networks in Iraq.
3. Management Accounting & Budgeting
Providing the data that drives our decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Developing annual budgets, variance analysis, cost control, and providing financial insights to department heads.
Ideal Candidate: Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and experience in "Actual vs. Budget" reporting.
4. Tax & Legal Compliance
Ensuring 100% adherence to Iraqi fiscal regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Calculating Corporate Income Tax, processing Payroll Tax, managing Social Security payments, and representing the company during external audits.
Ideal Candidate: Deep expertise in the Iraqi Tax Law and the requirements of the General Commission of Taxes.
5. Internal Audit & Governance
Safeguarding our assets and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing internal controls, identifying financial risks, and ensuring all departments adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ideal Candidate: Methodical, objective, and preferably holding or pursuing a CIA or similar certification.
General Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: Proven experience within a corporate finance environment in Iraq.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Certifications: Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) are a significant advantage for senior roles.
