The mechanical engineer will be responsible for reviewing the design, implementing, and supervision of the works mechanical systems and equipment and mechanical infrastructure works of the project. The E-Billing Supervisor is a key member of the Operations Team, responsible for overseeing the preparation and issuance of all operational invoices. Working under the Operations Manager, this role ensures that all billing activities related to container and cargo storage, truck holding, and other operational services are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with GCPI tariffs and official documentation. The supervisor ensures daily coordination with company finance and GCPI Finance and Marine teams to validate data and maintain full reconciliation between issued invoices and received payments.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Supervise the operations staff responsible for preparing invoices through the E-Billing system.
Ensure all invoices are based on official shipping documents and aligned with GCPI tariff guidelines.
Coordinate daily with GCPI Marine Section to obtain updated manifests, vessel schedules, and related data.
